Shipping
Most shipments will be delivered to our customers living in the continental
US within seven days or less and to our customers in Alaska and Hawaii
within 14 days or less upon receipt of order.
Please note that, unfortunately, we cannot ship to Post Office (PO) boxes
at this time.
Orders outside the U.S. - Applica Consumer Products, Inc. currently ships
to all of the United States except U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally
at this time.

Returns
You can return any Belson, Black & Decker household products, Windmere,
LitterMaid or Jerdon product for a full refund or exchange within 30 days
of purchase if you are not completely satisfied. All items must be returned
in their original condition, with the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
Please contact our Consumer Assistance Group prior to returning a product
either by calling 1-800-231-9786 or via e-mail at applicaconsumeraffairs@fox-international.com.
Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the
item was damaged in delivery or shipped in error.

Warranties
Applica Consumer Products, Inc. warrants our products against defects that
are due to faulty material or workmanship for a one year period after the
original date of consumer purchase or receipt as a gift. This warranty
does not include damage to the product resulting from accident or misuse.
If the product should become defective within the warranty period, we will
repair it or elect to replace it free of charge. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights which vary from state to state or province to province.
